Sunset Stroll

Happy Friday Guys :)
Had a craaazy week this week, I had so many school assignments due as the semester is almost over (thank god!). I may not look like the out-doors(y) type but whenever is relatively nice out I try to be outside. Matt took me to this little spot today in the Town of Lido Beach. It was quite a bit of walking but I didn't mind much!

Camo Fever

Hi Guys! Today I'm sharing a way to wear your favorite shade of the season without over-doing it with the color. Green has always been a favorite color of mine and ever since purchasing these olive green combat boots I can't stop finding things in my closet that match them!

I wore these black distressed jeans that are as soft as butter and are super comfortable. I "front tucked" the t-shirt because it's a little long. Front tucking a longer top is a great way to define your waist without making it look like you are trying to do so.

Early Turtleneck

Today I'm sharing one of my favorite transitional looks. This loose fitted turtle neck is perfect for this kind of weather- it's chilly and the sleeves give me the perfect amount of coverage but the loose turtleneck and the open back keeps me from being too warm.

I paired this outfit with a tan ankle bootie I purchased over the summer that I am finally able to wear!

I added this free people layered necklace for a little color since this look was so neutral.

Transition outfit

Happy Friday! TGIF right?
As fall approaches i've been trying to put together the perfect transitional outfit. It's getting to be that time of year where it feels chilly in the morning but just around lunch time the heat is back upon us.

I was afraid of wearing a long-sleeve anything yet because mid-day the sun can get so strong but this lightweight bomber was just enough coverage to keep my arms warm without getting over heated.

I'm not usually one to wear flat sandals on a day where i'm running around because they give zero support, but I will say the best decision I made today was wearing these sandals. Wearing sandals on a day like today is a great way to stay cool. Along with these super distressed jeans, it's a great reminder that it's not fall just quite yet ;)

Enjoy!
